Help - Unconfirmed VIQs

If the “Unconfirmed VIQs” area appears with red text (as illustrated below), action is required to confirm VIQs so reports can be generated.


To confirm a VIQ, visit the 'Unconfirmed VIQs' page, and, tick the VIQs that you want to confirm on the right column of each VIQ row, then click 'Confirm Ticked VIQs' above the table.

Confirming a VIQ deducts a VIQ credit automatically and moves that VIQ to the 'Confirmed VIQs Page'.
